How long is the duration of trial period?
The trial period is absolutely free for 15 days. After sigining up, you can use trial account by default for 15 days without any hidden charges. But you can certainly switch to premium account while using trial account whenever you wish.
What are the restrictions in trial account?
Yes, to some extent. You can reach out to 10 jobs with 1000 candidates only. It will help you to cater your need and if it is not sufficient then you can make up your mind about the investment.
What happens after the 15 days trial period?
If you haven’t subscribed to the services, then your account will have limited features of free account. You can upgrade your account for continuation after paying subscription charges.
Is subscription renewal automatic?
The subscription plan renews after the completion of billing cycle be it monthly or annually. Once, you have subscribed with your account details then you can discontinue the services whenever you want or else it will continue the cycle.
What happens if I cancel my subscription before the completion of billing cycle?
You can cancel your subscription at any point during your billing cycle. But since you would have already paid for the current cycle, your paid subscription will continue till the end of your current cycle. Once you cancel the plan, then your account details will be eradicated completely.
Is reactivation of previous account possible?
Yes, for sure. But keep it in mind that once you discontinue using your account, the details of previous candidate records will end up soon.
Is it possible to add another user during the billing cycle?
Yes, you can. You will have to make additional payment for new user. You will be charged differently with additional users. It is based on pro rata calculation. It means you will have to pay additional payment for the remaining days in a billing cycle.
